Family Business
Being a small family business, we can control the standards of each apartment with nobody to answer to. Our 2 beautiful apartments are looked after and updated every year with absolute attention to detail. All the apartments are located in the Castle in Puebla Aida, which is considered the most prestigious location within the Puebla.
Puebla Aida
Puebla Aida was built with such detail, that it has never been repeated anywhere else in Mijas, therefore we have the best of both worlds. Fantastic architecture comprising of Andalusian and Moorish designs, with pure modern luxury inside. We have four luxurious pool and garden areas to choose from, two with child pools. Located at the top of the Mijas Golf course with the Sierra Blanca mountain range in the back drop, the location is beautiful.
Apartments
Each apartment is air conditioned, with Fibre Optic High speed internet connections. Modern open plan fully equipped kitchens, TV/SAT TV offering 60 UK channels plus SKY Sports 1,2 & 4. All the apartments have built in BBQ, water purifier and Dolce Gusto coffee machines.
Boardwalk
Mijas Costa
Mijas Costa is famous for its blue flag beaches and is one of the top 3 countries in the world for clean air. Located on the shores of the crystal clear Mediterranean only a short drive away. The board walk which runs all the way from La Cala de Mijas to Cabopino is one of our major attractions, giving access to all the Mijas beaches. This is very popular with holiday makers wanting to enjoy a stroll along the waters edge. A car is essential, because there is so much to see and do in the area. Fuengirola is just 10 mins away by car with great restaurants, bars and nightlife for those wishing it.
La Cala de Mijas
La Cala is just 12 mins by and considered to be the new Marbella, offering many fine quality restaurants, tapas and trendy wine bars. The home of the little Geranium, Olivia’s and Legends.
Other areas
Marbella and Puerto Banus is 20 mins by car. The Marbella Old Town with its quaint Orange Square and surrounding restaurants is also a must to visit. Our apartments all have a great guide book to giving advise on beaches, shops, markets, restaurants, supermarkets, site seeing including Theme Parks and Gibraltar.

LIFE IN PARADISE
We have been staying at Puebla Aida with Just Mijas for nearly twenty years now usually at least twice a year and would never tire of the lovely apartments and the views from the balcony. Within five minutes of our arrival we feel it is a continuation of our last visit.
Maria includes a car as part of the rental with an easy pick up and drop off at the airport. It is great for traveling around the area and every morning we have a nice walk on the boardwalk at La Cala. The welcome pack in the fridge is great to get started until we get to the supermarket. There is a lovely Italian restaurant a five minute walk away. We use Über or Taxi to any of the great restaurants within ten to fifteen minutes away in Fuengirola and La Cala. There is now an hourly bus service between Fuengirola and Coin which passes through Mijas Golf. It is also lovely to sit in and eat on the balcony watching the sun go down and all the lights coming on in the valley.
Puebla Aida is a very unique place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Maria and Vic are close by and very helpful if we need anything.
Returning Guests 2023
We have stayed at Puebla Aida more times than we can remember and mostly in Casa Maria. We
find Casa Maria very comfortable and we never tire of the views from its elevated position. Easy
short flight and no car hire desk hassle being a bonus as the ‘Just Mijas’ car pick up at the Airport
makes for a relaxing start to your holiday.
Staying in winter when the weather can be changeable is also enjoyable because Casa Maria is spacious with all the comforts of home plus that view. Good selection of English cable channels and Netflix's available (own log-in required for Netflix). The outside penthouse space makes it feel more like a villa but with the security of a double gated penthouse a top a secure apartment block.
Stayed so many times now we know the area well and we have our own favourite restaurants of which there is a decent choice. Our favourite being El Jinete tucked away in the hills about half way along the short drive into La Cala; it’s well worth the effort of finding it. We have already stayed once this year in March and have booked again for August as wecan always be sure of a relaxing and enjoyable break in Casa Maria with Just Mijas.

We stayed in beautiful Casa Victor last July/August..... honestly it has everything you could possibly need & we have re booked for this coming August 2023. When we arrived Maria met us to settle us in & give keys ect..... as soon as we opened the doors on the balcony it was just breath taking ..... The views are amazing & my husband loved the rocking chair!
We have been visiting the Costa del sol for the last 14 years and stayed in most places,.everywhere we have stayed we have felt has been missing that something special and thank goodness we found it here, our children 8-10 made so many lovely friends while we could just relax round the pool, the apartment itself is beautiful and finished to such a high standard, the beds are super comfortable lots of wardrobe space hangers etc, the shower is lovely and powerful and very modern.
The kitchen has everything you would need if you wanted to cook and a BBQ, the cleaner was lovely and as well as cleaning she tidied all my children’s teddy’s and toys & hung my washing out. Also I couldn’t believe the welcome pack in the fridge, never seen one so fully stocked to keep you going for a few days and a bottle of wine! The location is fantastic ...
NORTHERN IRELAND
We have been holidaying in Puebla Aida for the last 20 years. In our opinion there is just nowhere like it. Vic and Maria are amazing hosts; their attention to detail in each of their lovely apartments is the basis for a truly magnificent holiday. Casa Victor has become our favourite with the amazing views over the surrounding golf courses, the outdoor cooking facilities, al fresco dining while watching the sun setting is just unreal! Looking forward to our next visit in July 2023.
NORWAY
We have absolutely nothing to complain about when it comes to Casa Maria. We have been super satisfied all these years. The apartments are always clean and nicely furnished - and we always find some new pieces of furniture every time we come. It is our home away from home and we hope to return for many more years.
We just love the surrounding area, the views that the apartment has, nothing compares.

Everyone has a special place and ours is the Pueblo Aida area and in particular staying with Just Mijas in one of there fabulous properties this year it was Casa Victor which as usual was immaculately presented and the welcome pack was great as always, after visiting numerous times we have never been disappointed in any way and would highly recommend Just Mijas to all.
This year is our Golden Wedding anniversary and we are staying in Casa Maria for 3 weeks in April, we are really looking forward to this stay.
APRIL 2023
Our party of four, two married couples first stayed at Casa Maria late summer of 2016, what a wonderful surprise it was for all of us. From the easy booking procedure to the use of the vehicle and easy access to the Penthouse Apartment was all very well documented and organised.
It was reassuring to know the Penthouse Apartment and complex was a quiet, secure location making us all feel very safe during our stay. With two of our party having a little difficulty with stairs, again it was wonderful to know there was a lift from the ground to the Penthouse Apartment as well as stairs for those a little more active.
The panoramic views on three sides were truly magnificent, which overlooked the pool, the golf courses and the Mountains depending on which side you looked. The outside accommodates both an area in the shade and an area to lounge in the sun, whatever suited you. There was adequate outside furniture and even a fully equipped BBQ set up with lights when the nights drew in.
We tended to have breakfast outside on one side in the morning then after a day out we could return in the later to enjoy the late afternoon and early evening sun with a drink or two.
Inside the two bed room apartment the welcome pack was very well provided with essential food and drinks with the modern kitchen fittings and equipment. There is secure Wi-Fi ,Air Conditioning and Ceiling fans to move the air around, therefore, it was very comfortable to sit inside or outside.
There was an L shaped Lounge Dining & TV area, which could be used as extra sleeping if required. There was a very secure safe in the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The second Bedroom had its own bathroom next door.
There was a regular maid service to clean and change sheets and towels etc and a very good Information pack listing everything you needed to know about the area including restaurants and bars. Finally should you need to contact the owner for any help or assistance they are contactable by phone. We have returned every year since 2016 apart from the pandemic interruption and we are again looking Forward to our visit this Septembe

My husband and I owned a property in Puebla Aida for 23 years and loved every second of our time there. Puebla Aida is situated in a picturesque part of Spain with the most stunning views. The urbanisation itself is beautifully designed and well maintained and we made many life-long friends. Over the years we rented apartments and cars for our family from justmjias.com and we were always very happy with the service we received. The apartments/villas are modern, clean and packed full of everything you will need for a relaxing stay. We now return to Puebla Aida at least once a year and we plan to continue to do this.
HUNGARY
My family used to have an apartment in this building in Puebla Aida, but since they sold it in 2009 we stay every year at Casa Maria when in Costa del Sol.
The penthouse apartment is so spacious, the terrace with the pool view, the outdoor lounge and BBQ area and the location - everything is just perfect here! We can't wait to return this year in July again!
